Can anyone tell me what all is needed to make use of a "Z hood" on a 68 Camaro such that all the fumes from under the hood don't get pulled into the air vents at the base of the windshield? Do I just need an air filter seal? I have a cowl induction hood (Z hood) with the round cutout for the air cleaner and would really like to make it functional. Not so much the mechanical linkage for the flap, rather so that I can use the cooler air from the base of the windshield and keep all the fumes out of interior of the car.

Any thoughts, advice, drawings, pictures welcomed!
