choke keeps flooding the car....

Hey, I hope somebody here can point me in the right direction, I don't know too much about carbs.
The carb on my 400 is a 750 Edelbrock, with an electric choke.. I bought it last year, and drove the car a total of about 300 miles last summer. So it is fairly new still.
Anyway, it seems to run fine at first, but as soon as it warms up the engine begins to flood and slowly dies. I'm assuming this is choke related, but I don't know what to do? When the engine is cold it idles fine, and when I give it some gas it revs up fine. Once the car is warm, it'll die if given any gas at all (flooding again).
Anyone have any ideas? I messed around with the idle mixture and idle speed screws and that was useless... the timing is fine too.

Check your float levels.
Verify the choke is fully opening.
Verify the accellerator pump actually works, it may die from being lean.
