Cant get heater fan to work since last owner took off air system.

Cant get heater fan to work since last owner took off air system.
The last guy took off the air system and I don't really want it back on but my heater fan don't work..all fuses seem fine..
Do I have to jumper some wires or something to make the heater fan work with the air compressor and that little
silver canister taken off the car..

Ok the heater fan was a blown relay and connector was screwed for high fan..
Still no air blowing thru the vents though so must be something disconnected under dash or problem with heater switch unit and vacuum or something..will look under dash and see what I can find.
