Block stamp numbers
Hi,
I am selling my 1969 Camaro Z28 VIN 12437N653058. During an inspection the buyer noticed that part of the VIN was missing from the block, located behind the oil filter. It has the 653058 but is missing a "19N". Is there supposed to be a 19N, or 19L preceding the serial number? Or is the 653058 okay without it?
The buyer is reluctant to buy it as a numbers car. Any comments would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!
