I have an engine here. I believe its a 454 but im not sure. Is there any way you guys can help me decode the block casting numbers?

I found 3 numbers on the block:

14015445p

E18382 or it might be E1B382

and then this one was on the front of the engine:

TQ52ITAB

I looked the block up and it is a 1978 to 1990 454 with a 2 or 4 bolt main
