Hi Fran, and welcome. Check out the KYB shock absorber. It is a very good quality unit for the money. They will last for years in my experience, with little to no trouble.

If you have koni there use those. I'm not sure how modified your car is, but if you are just replacing shocks because they are worn out then it really doesn't mater which of the two you use. They are both good shocks and it would probably be cheaper to use the koni shocks since you can get them where you are without having to order them in. Just my thought.

I have heard a lot of good things about the Edelbrock IAS shocks for a 2nd gen Camaro. They just came out with a newer model called the Classic Series that is even better for a 2nd gen. They will run you about $70ea.

I have KYB gas adjusta shocks.
These are a VERY good shock.

The KONI shocks are better but also cost more.
Since your car is a daily driver i think i would stick with KYB shocks, but if you have the money the KONI shocks will give a better ride.

This would all be more noticeable on a highly modified suspension car, but you will still feel the differance between the two.

Summit Racing is a good place to get both shocks, mine are from Summit.

Your english is actually very good compared to some stuff i have read that people who SPEAK english write!!

I just hope this is understandable to you!

Goodluck!

KYB's are about $120 for the set here. Konis are about $105 each. Konis are adjustable and have a life time garantee. They are made in Germany so you may be able to get them cheaper in Spain.

Cool

I have to say, i've tried quiet a few different brands and type of shocks.
to me nothing holds a candle to Tokico shocks.
they are just awesome. in over three years, and just like new still, never faded out on me.
ball park prices have been about $50 or so for each one.
they also come with poly mounting bushings too, nice little add on.

I think the word you are looking for is "handling" as in "how the car handles on the road."

I've used both brands... you won't be disappointed... or

Usted no estará decepcionado.

Es desafortunado mi español no es muy bueno.
