68 Factory Instruction Manual
I have a 1968 Factory Assembly Instuction Manual. I'm not sure if anyone can use it or not, but would be interested in knowing? It's 450 pages of everything it took to build the car. Every nut and bolt. Code # 3918855. Model # 12000. DWG- 5-10-67, Date of Release 5-24-67, Ref# A1.. Can any body tell me if it's worth keeping or just recicle it? It's in perfect shape, all pages are here and totally legeble.
lol i was just jokin around with ya....i agree with the guy above me though....put it on ebay. people will pay a rediculous amount of money for somethings. this book seems like it has a potential of being one! especially if its in the condition you claim its in! goodluck!
Thanks to everyone who has responded. It is original and some of the pages are only slightly yellowed. I have a library of manuals of all the cars I've ever owned but wanted someone that may be restoring a 68 to have the original to go with the total restoration. I know these things add prestige to a restoration. I will try Ebay but I'm more interested in getting it to someone that would truely appreciate it. Thanx to everyone.. I'll be listing a set of seats for a 69 in the for sale section, plus some other items I need to move in order to make more room for the 73 I'm working on right now..
I have a friend that has about 15 first gen Camaros (not all complete, but has about 4 69 Z/28's) one of them is a 68 RS/SS 396 and might be intersted in the manual, How much you want for it
What all do you have for a 69, and how much for the seats, what shape are they in and are they standard or deluxe
