4th gen wheels/tires (ZR1's) on a 67 Firebird

my uncle just bought a 67 Firebird 400 and it has nasty 14" hubcaps/tires on it. I've got my ZR1s sitting in my garage collecting dust so I want to bolt them up, what does it take? or do they just bolt right on?

They are 17x9 OEM GM SS rims with 275/40/17 tires

It requires a set of four adaptor/spacers to make them work. The bolt pattern is fine but the backspacing on the wheels won't work without the spacers. Unfortunately the spacers are about 2" thick and go for nearly $350. Other than that they work and look good.

If you put these wheels on your firebird please post some pics as these are the same wheels I want to put on my 67 firebird.

Are you interested in selling them?

Would those 2" spacers work with the stock 4th gen 16x8's and 245/50/16's?

If you're referring to your 70 bird, you'd need different sized spacers for 16's...buddy has :

1996 LT4 Corvette Wheels are 17x8.5 front, 17x9.5 rear

Wheel adapters are 2.0" front, 2.5" rear
BTW.....he has a 71 Camaro....

$500 these are genuine GM rims (lightest available) and dont have anything wrong whatsoever on them.

I'm in South Jersey

if you're somewhat local (meet or pickup) then I will throw in 2 drag radials, they're bald, but hook very well.
