I was wondering if headers off a 1968 camaro would fit a 1981 camaro?

I can tell you that the headers I had on my 71 fit a 69. If you look at the application chart of a company's headers, you will see that a lot of times they list the same pn for 1st gens, 2nd gens, Nova & Chevelles. At least for the cheapie headers.

i don't think they will fit,steering box location for one,i do know the 67-69 camaro headers will fit a '78-'87 malibu..if you can pick those headers up cheap enough it would be worth a shot though.....
