I have a friend who has a 94 formula that ran great till he left it in neutral and it rolled down my driveway to a 6 foot embankment. 
It has an all stock lt1 and 4l60e. Both are in great shape. It has 114K on the clock. it is a complete car. I can send pics if you would like he wants $1200.

I also have a 1994 3.4l that has the rockers on too tight, making the valves squeel. Both in S. NJ.
