Wtb: 95-97 Lt1

It's finally time for me to get serious about getting another muscle car. The truck is about to die. I can feel it. Anyway, here's what I want.
95-97 LT1 ~$5k
Must have:
Manual Tranny, under 100k Miles
Must not be:
Automatic, red, convertible, leaking, scratched/dented to where it's really noticible, faded
Preferred:
TransAm, Black paint, T-Tops, Headers, cat-back, CAI, gears between 3.23 and 4.10, good tuning, aftermarket rims, suspension, sound, shifter and clutch

Of course I'm willing to give a little on the price, but I do need to find one around here that I can at least check out without dropping a bunch of money. Thanks.

yeah, no doubt a 95 Z28 M6 conv. w/ 100k miles is guna go for around $6500 or so, much less one that has mods and is actually in decent shape. Good luck with this one

Re: Wtb: 94-97 Lt1

first of all it says that I DON'T want a convertible, so before you start wasting time in my thread, read it. also i know that i probably won't get one for that, but don't people who are selling cars usually post an initial price a little high so that they can set the starting point? So what's wrong with me asking for what i can afford? thanks for your comments and concerns, but please only post here if you have a car to sell. Thanks.

do half the people in this message board know what any thing is worth. im so sick and tired of reading about stupid *** trades (looking to trade Z28 for c5 vette, example) or i have 3,500 dollars to spend for a f-body 93-02 (example)
Its the same thing for the parts message board.

Re: Wtb: 94-97 Lt1

well, i guess i did sell my old 93 Z28 for $3,000....but the opti was going out, salvage title(not because of me), many, many little things wrong with it

i found a pretty good deal on my current car, the 97 Z28...picked it up for $5,395, nothing wrong with the body or interior, just driven a lot of highway miles...

Thanks for proving my point. I'm looking at one right now, but still open to offers. And please read my post before you send me pics of a red A4.

Re: Wtb: 94-97 Lt1

Would you be interested in a 94 z28 with 104,000 mile on it? It has all the latest mods; chrome z28 emblems and chrome antenna from rk sport, 160 degree thermostat, rk sport automatic cooling fan switch, functional SS hood, front stabilizer bar for bmr, bbk headers, Hooker catback, chrome 9.5x17's zr1 rims up front, chrome 17x11's zrl rims on rear, new paint(two years old) purple pearl metallic, t-tops,6-speed, leather int. dark grey, pioneer daul-daul cd player with 12-disk pioneer changer in hatch, Mtx subwoofer, two amps Mtx, short throw shifter with leather ****, this car is fast, that's why I didn't touch the engine, left it stock. New timing chain, new delteg, new lt4 starter, throttlebody bypass, new stock clutch, that's all I can think of. If you are interested let me know in another post and we'll get up, see ya.

Re: Wtb: 94-97 Lt1

I just came up on some more money. Anyone have anything described above for $6000? I know it's summer and all, but I need something asap. Thanks.
