WTB: 93-97 LT1 with 6spd in NC/SC area

Hi everyone, I am looking for a 93-97 LT1 F-body in the NC/SC area. I prefer Trans Ams and Formulas, I will consider a Camaro in the right color (black, silver, maybe white).

It absolutely must be a 6 speed and it must have T-tops. If you have a hardtop/convertible or an automatic, I am not interested. I would prefer something with less than 100K miles, however if you have a car that has more but is still in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition, I will consider it (but it has to be a pretty good price). I would prefer a 94 or 95 but I am open to other years too.

Mods are A-OK with me (as long as its not something extreme that would impact the daily drivability of the car)

I am looking to spend no more than $7000.

Thanks guys I am located in zip code 28173 if this gives you an idea of how close by I am to your location.

Re: WTB: 93-97 LT1 with 6spd in NC/SC area

I'm about to sell my car (look in sig) in the next couple weeks. Car has 125k on it but drives like it has 50k.

I will most likely take the wheels, suspension, shifter, stereo out of it unless the price is right. I will not be taking out the cam, springs, lifters, roller rockers, subframe connectors, lower control arm brackets, component speakers, 4:10's, auburn pro posi, electric wp, headers, exhaust, spec stage II clutch... those will all go with the car as I don't have the time to take all that off. The car was just repainted last summer, but of course there are little imperfections like as on any daily driver. I have three sets of wheels...I will most likely take the Black ZR-1's with me, the buyer can have the stock twisty spokes and/or LS1 5 stars. I'm the second owner and the first was a 60 year old lady. Also has a BRAND NEW (less than 1000miles) opti spark, plugs, wires on it along with fresh rear end, and all new seals (front and rear main and oil pan) and intake gaskets on the motor. Only seal that hasn't been replaced are the head gaskets. There is way too much stuff to list on here. If you are interested you can email me at transamgt_2002@yahoo.com
btw I'm located near Savannah, Ga

Thanks!

PS it has t-tops and leather!

Thanks for the heads up...Savannah is kind of far off from me, but I'd be willing to think about it once you sell it. Shoot me a PM when you are ready and we'll chat a bit.

Keep them offers comin'

I'm located RIGHT on the NC/SC border, so I'd have to cross the whole state plus a little of GA to get to you.

I am just curious what kind of mileage you're getting with that car, as 4.10 gears are pretty wild for what will be my everyday driver (mostly on the highway). I know that those 6-speed cars can get great highway mileage so let me know.

Also give me a neighborhood of what you might be asking for it.

Thanks

Sweet car but I need something a little tamer (this is a daily driver for me), that will pass emissions, and without quite as many miles...

That car will make an excellent steal for someone who is in the market for it though
