I figued I though this out there and see what comes around. I two cars right now and I want to be down to one by this winter. First is my 96 Z28. Nice street car LT1 355 cid, Comp Cams 503, LS7 Lifters, Comp 1.6 RR's, 64cc aluminum heads, MSD 6AL, 160 thermostat, 52mm Mike Blum Throttle Body, Lingenfelter CAI, Ceramic Coated Hooker LTs, Magnaflow Catback, 3" DMH Cutout, EGR & Cat Delete, Spohn LCAs & Panhard Bar, Welded SFC's, 6 speed 3.42 gears t-top. I just added a set of drag radials and it run 12.80@109 last weekend. I was green repainted black.
The second car I have is a 1954 Ford Customline two door. It came for down south and looks like its has been freshened up awhile back. The floors are in good shape. The body has dents ,scratches and bubbles in the paint but cleans up nice. Root Beer metallic paint. Nice brown and tan tweed interior. I added new seat belts front and back to make it family friendly. It has a 239 Yblock with 3 speed trans on the column. Manual brakes and steering. All the lights work 12 volt converted. Drives real nice. The brakes and exhaust are new from the previous owner. I added new fuel pump and an aluminum radiator. I swapped out the stock 3.90 rear with a 3.31 making highway speeds more achievable. I drove the car a good bit last year and have had it a couple long rides without issue. It will need front shocks and the front windshield replaced. The windshield has a white spot and chip in the line of view. I'll even throw in a set of 2 inch wide 3 inch lowering block to get you started on your new custom.
I would like to find a Nice SS or WS6 I'll even look at Z28 or T/A it can be stock or modded auto or stick. Low miles and clean with everything in working order is what I'm after.
