I am looking for a motorcycle, preferably near Wilmington, NC.

It has to be either a sport bike from 1996-2005 (can't afford anything new), or a really unique or just cool cruiser/bobber/chopper from 1970 and before.

I'm looking to spend less than $5000, and I don't care what's wrong with it as long as you tell me up front. Preferably no more than cosmetic damage though. I would like to get atleast a 600cc bike (not applicable with the older ones).

my friend has a 05 r1 for sale, got a few extras on it and really low miles, hes asking 8000 i think, which is a little more than you want to spend, bike is perfect though, we live in jacksonville nc

 

Sounds nice, and it's definately close. And though I would love to have an R1 that is nicer and faster than my roommate's (he has an 02) that is way more than I can spend.

I'm in Conway SC. I have a 00 zx7r. I rode it daily this summer. Runs good. Has salvage title. I boughbt it at a auction and it was just laid down. I never even painted it. Just had to fix the pedals. I just put polished forks and wheels on it. Its black and silver. Asking $3900.00

You may need to save that as a larger size in JPEG format. It's a little small and any increase in size ruins the clarity.
