WTT: 96 Z28 6spd HT for 94-97 Z28 Convertible A4

I just bought this beautiful 96 Z28 from someone local. The car came from Florida last summer and has only seen 1,000 miles in PA. It has been pampered all of its life and really shows it. The car is what I would call damn near showroom condition. There are 2 very light scratches on the black top and I believe 2-3 stone chips on the exterior that have been touched up. You would not be able to find them unless I pointed them out.

Mileage is at 82,000. PA inspection until 4/06. I will be installing new front pads because the inspection mechanic stated they were low (originals).

I love the car and I bought it because I will be leaving for the Air Force in August and I plan to take it with me eventually. I've already ordered a handful of parts for it (SLP Loudmouth Exhaust, Cross Drilled/Slotted Rotors, etc..).

Although, after driving my friend Scott's '95 A4 with the 2800 stall converter and rebuilt with a b&m mild shift kit.....I would much rather prefer an automatic. The stop and go traffic everywhere I drive, 6spd manual, and that stupid skip shift feature......have pretty much made my mind up for me.

Looking for a 94-97 Z28 Convertible with the A4. I don't expect to find one that is as clean as the Z I have now but I do not want one with any major damage.....same goes with mileage (not looking for a high mileage beast).

If I was to sell my car the price would be $8,200. I'm going to have the tires balanced and the car aligned (I'm ****). The front brakes will be replaced too. The car has a new cat back exhaust from a LS1 on it now. Like I said, it would be extremely hard to find another car like this that is in comparable condition.....you can tell that this car was always garaged and pampered all of its life (the guy I bought it from would not even take it out in the rain).

Oh yeah, it has the remote entry with alarm, leather, and a brand new pioneer cd player with the flip face, remote, and xm ready (its one of their better decks). The deck was professionally installed.
