With mileage like that I wouldn't offer more than $3500. With the economy down and 140k miles no way would I spend more than that on this car.

Haha, apparently this guy has turned down $5500 before...so he says. I told him 3800 cash is all I was willing to offer, he declined and says that his mechanic quoted him as it being worth 6500...oh ignorance.
