Car needs some work but has a lot of goodies

Car is an 1989 Firebird Formula
The Good:
154,000 miles
305 TPI
3.45 Posi
5speed
WS6 (Bigger Sway bars 4 wheel discs etc.)
Red Color with black cloth interior
has 140 MPH Speedometer
Hardtop
new tires
SLP Runners
Ported Plenum
BBK 52mm throttle body
Flowmaster Catback
Hurst Billet Plus Shifter
Power windows, locks, tilt wheel, electric rear latch, new hood struts, new fuel pressure regulator

The Bad:
Been parked for 1.5 years
Has dented passenger door (needs to be replaced)
Has small dent on passenger front fender right where the bumper meets the fender
Has cracked dash pad
Hatch is rusty, spoiler looks bad
Wheel Wells are showing some surface rust
The rocker panels are showing surface rust
Driver's Side light is up
Headliner is dangling.
Engine is not starting too well, but I think its just an issue with the TPS and a few other things. (it starts and then kind of bogs out unless you give it some gas) I haven't tried to start it since last summer when I drove it around the block and around the neighborhood.
