Trade for fbody m6, 96cobra, 98gt vert

Ok guys, Ive got 2 stangs, considering a trade for a 6speed fbody thats in decent shape that doesnt have much over 100k miles.

1998 gt convertible stock
121k miles, 5speed, silver with black top, lowered 1.5", stock premium GT wheels, mac offroad X and mac cb. 10k miles on rhino pac clutch, car drives great and gets 25-27 mpg. one small dent in rear bumper, spidered the paint. Could have a plastic epoxy filler but for it to be right again the whole rear bumper would need to be replaced. Interior is good exept for 1.5" long rip in the lining of drivers seat. Clean carfax.

1996 cobra
111K miles, 5 speed, black with tan leather and black dash, 700 miles on spec stage 2 clutch, it still chatters but is not hurt in any way. Usually got 21-23mpg highway milage(with stock gears), I do believe with new 02 sensors itd be 24-25mpg. Car has motive 4.30s and during the install a new line-loc unit was installed. Car has mac offroad H pipe but I still have the stock midpipe as well, 98 cobra wheels, 1k miles on nitto 555r drag radials 275/40-17. Needs new 02 sensors (4). Carfax shows 1 front end collision by a previous owner. Note that steering wheel cover is off of a reguar gt or v6 and not the original "cobra" cover. No body damage currently exists other than normal small small dings and front end chips.
