Give me your email address and I'll send them. Have you come up with anything more since your last PM?

Re: Red 95 Z28

I'm interested and I have family around tucson. Can you please send some pictures to me of the interior. The paint looks great in the pics I was just wondering about the minor blemishes that can happen over 10 years. I was also wondering about the small oil leak at the timing cover. Do you know how hard it is to fix? Have you run it at the track to see what it runs yet? Cant wait to hear from you. E-mail

Re: Red 95 Z28

There is nothing major wrong with the paint. Just the usual minor door dings from careless people bumping it in parking lots when opening their door, but again, nothing major. There are only a couple on the rear quarters, that's it.

The oil leak is not big. Would require changing the gasket or getting creative with black RTV if you didn't want to mess with changing the gasket. It took me ~2 hours on one of my old cars to swap the gasket. Not a huge deal.

I'll go snap a few pictures of the interior and send them to you in just a few mins.

I might consider driving it there if I take some of the suspension parts off of it to offset some of the money.

Another sidenote, my last tank of gas I got 20 mpg, ALMOST 21. That was ALL city driving, too!

Re: Red 95 Z28

that would be fine with me if you take the suspension parts off. real uick question where did you get the cam work done, or was it done before you bought the car? was it a diy job or professionally done. and is it running on the stock lifters, or were they replaced with the cam swap? thanks!

Re: Red 95 Z28

I purchased the car from a friend of mine and the cam was put in by me while it was his car. I've done quite a few cam swaps on LT1s and know my way around pretty well. The lifters are stock, but they looked great when I had them out, which is why I put them back in.

The cam and long tubes were put in in February of this year. ~3k miles on them.

The car now has 75k miles on it, as I'm still driving it daily.

Re: Red 95 Z28

ok sounds good. so would that be a deal for 7100 with whatever suspension parts you would take off, and considerin the car has just a bit more mile son it, even though its still real low

Re: Red 95 Z28

I would consider 7,200 if I drive it there. The car will come without the eibach springs, BMR LCAs and bolt-in relocation brackets. It will also come on the salad shooters.

I've got 2 other local people interested in the car as it sits. If I dont hear from them tomorrow I'll be looking more seriously at what I just offered you, if that's ok.
