But has anyone ever had a car shipped? I wanted to sell my trans am on ebay, and wanted to have shipping as an option. What is the best way to go about this?

I have sold on E-bay and I would recommend letting the buyer arrange shipping. There are too many variables in shipping costs to nail down a good figure. Any serious bidder, will handle the pickup themselves. I sold my Chevelle on E-bay last year and the buyer handled his own shipping. Less headache for you. On a side note, I had my SS on there a few weeks ago and had a bunch of scam offers and tire kickers bustin my b**ls with bogus offers. Be wary, many of the people bidding on the F-bodies on E-bay the last few weeks seem to be bidding on multiple cars but buying none. Good luck with it. Hope you have better luck than I did.

 

i was selling my harley on ebay a guy bid than said he doesnt want to pay shipping cost to much!!!!!i said they were responsible for shipping cost he still bid what a waste.some one else saw it on thier that was local and bought it.just becuase they win bid doesnt mean they want to pay!!!!!!!!!!!good luck local pick up would be better its not like a part. some people buy on impalse than find out its 700.00 to 2,000 to ship dont want to pay.
