GI: low mileage/MINT/modded 98z28/6spd

well i never thought this day would come but im looking to buy a house around august and need some extra money for down payment and closing cost...i thought about selling the truck but would take too much of a loss...so with that said the car is MINT!!...and i meant mint...there is not a scratch, chip, blemish anywhere on the car!! paint is perfect!!...the car has been garage kept its entire life and been babied with religious cleanings inside and out...i drove to wisconsin to get this car a little over two years ago and the car was pretty much stock when i got it...when i bought it, the car had 28,500 miles on it and my intentions were to keep them as low as i could and just drive it on nice weekends, etc...I have recipets for alot of the mods, etc from the original owner and myself, also have the original window sticker and build sheet...i also have 95% of the stock parts off the car, most of which i removed (exhaust, hood, spoiler, tail panel; just to name a few)...the only thing i know i dont have is the stock wheels and tires...again i cannot stress enough the condition of the car...everything works and works like it should...the only thing i can think of is the cowl hood is unpainted but can be painted for the buyer or left as is...if i can think of anything else to add, ill edit the post...if you have any questions you can post up or pm me...specs below

EDIT: some parts have been removed...if they are not listed below they have been removed...IE hood, spoiler, rotors
