FS: Modded 30th Anniversary......needs to go!
FS: Modded 30th Anniversary......needs to go!
I am selling my 1997 Z-28 Camaro. It is a 30th anniversary edition with white leather. The artic white with hugger orange stripes was changed in favor of custom paint. It is now fine blue pearl with bright white pearl ghost stripes. There are a few hundred hours of work in this paint job. The fine blue pearl changes from white to blue depending on the light and the ghost stripes go from non-existent to silver. The change is subtle and very attractive looking, especially the shaved antenna. The car sits lowered down over a set of Enki V1’s courtesy of an Eibach Pro-kit. Hawk pads and powerstop slotted rotors aid in stoping the car faster. Moving on to the performance parts the intake flows smoothly with a K&N cold air intake followed by a 1LE intake elbow, and the exhaust flows free with hooker long tube hedders to a 3in Y-pipe exited by either a full dump 3in exhaust cut –out or through a borla muffler. A CSI H2O pump helps keep the car cool. To make the car handle and perform better, BMR boxed subframe connectors and relocation brackets for the trailing arms were installed as well as Prothane bushing throughout the suspension. Also a Hurst line-loc is available. The T-56 transmission was rebuilt 1500 miles ago and a Viper 3/4 shift fork was added as well as a newer pressure plate and a clutch net friction plate that has no miles on it yet. The paint only has 100 miles on it, the motor has 60k and the odometer reads 80k. This car is in great shape and low in mileage. The only flaws are wear on the front seat, the driver side window motor is dying, one rim is bent but works fine, putting the new radiator in, and I have not recharged the AC since putting it back in the car. I would love to keep the car but I have moved and from NY to DC and I no longer have room for the car. It is just sitting in my garage in NY so I would like to sell it to someone that will enjoy it. I will take book value for the car. I believe that is a good deal since there is about $8000 in extras.

Were the door jambs, engine bay etc. also painted when the color was changed? I'd also like to get pics, please? tsuintx(at)gmail(dot)com
The book value from the three main sources (NADA, KBB and Edmunds), gave me an average value of about $6700. Is that the price you are looking for?

The door jams and engine bay match and are white in color. The paint was done a year ago. $6700 would be the lowest I would go. I have one person that is trying to get financed to buy the car. I am still open to offers until the car is sold. I will send you pics.

The reason I asked about the door jambs and engine bay is because you mentioned the color being "blue pearl" and I guess I pictured the car being blue...
Just to confirm: is the overall mileage on the car 80K? Is the title clear (not salvaged etc.)?
Re: FS: Modded 30th Anniversary......needs to go!
95grnz: Yes the odometer has 80k on it. The engine has 60k. And the car has only be drivin 100 since the new paint. And yes it has a clear title. You only see the blue pearl in different light. Especially when there is a shadow on the car.
