1997 Vintage Outlaw 24' enclosed trailer

I bought this used about 4 or 5 years ago and its simply sitting now. I recently sold my old race car, so dont need this and the money would go well towards my wedding in June.

Ive included pictures. Prefer someone close as Im not positive on the condition of the tires. They have air in them, but its been sitting for a bit.

Trailer is located in Connersville, IN about halfway from Indy to Cincy.

how would you rate the tires? Are they road worthy? Dry rotted?

For those still tuning in, I had my father check out the tires this weekend, and he said they are a little low on air, but appear otherwise in good shape. No visible signs of rotting.
