FS: 94 Black Formula 6 Speed

After a long time of owning this car, I am tiring of the small repairs that have built up through my wife's ... help, age of the vehicle, shipping it across country twice, and replacing the engine. The car basically became a toy in 2005. The car has a number of problems, which I had planned to fix when I eventually had the time/money. Obviously, that never happened.

The purpose of this post is to get an idea of what is a reasonable price to ask for the car. The following is a list of the mods and problems (great and small) that I feel a potential buyer should know about:

- Rebuilt 355 engine with Crane 210/224 camshaft. recon rods, balanced assembly, hyper pistons, heads ported by local guy in SLC, flowed about 235 on the intake side (I know I should have called Lloyd, don't make my mistake). Engine has about 2,000 miles on it.
- over the valve cover wires, but I couldn't get them cut to fit, so they are long and looped together on passenger side (had to make moving deadline and worked through 2 nights to get it enough together to ship).
- MAC coated headers with full emissions hookups.
- Hooker Aerochamber muffler (not the full system).
- Vented opti conversion, used parts from Dal Slabaugh.
- Oil cooler that came on the car stock was deleted with the correct part on the oil filter mount and the correct bypass hose installed at the radiator.

Now the problems (significant ones are marked with **):
- Low coolant sensor is out. Dash idiot light stays on. coolant level is fine.
- Driver side coolant sensor wire is broken (in the middle of the cylnder head).
- ** Runs rough about 50% of the time, especially after full throttle application. I have had a shop install 2 different opti's from Dal and then "the Parts Lady" and neither seems to have fixed the problem.
- Rear end whines. Done that since I bought the car at 50,000 miles when I bought it in 1998.
- Wife repainted the car 2 years ago using Maaco special. She meant well, as the original paint had heavily oxidized on the hood and had chipped due to the high miles. Looks OK (better than before), but definitely not a show car. Willing to post pics, if someone can post a link of where the instructions are.
- Headlight motors drain the battery. Replaced the driver side with brass gear, and the motor no longer grinds. However, the drain still exists and I can't figure it out.
- AC does not work. Original coolant vented to atmosphere and left open for 2 months, so at best, it could be "dried" at a shop and then refilled. I'm not an expert, so others could chime in on this.
- Radio cut out of car. Another genius move by wife. Don't ask me why, it still hurts that she did it intentionally. She bought me an aftermarket replacement radio and the kit to fix the cut out wires, so it is just a matter of putting the new one back in. I have the radio bezel.
- Interior is fair. Some spills in car (it got me finished from college, kids are heck on an interior).
- ** Stick will not go into 2nd gear without grinding and whines while in gear. This is the most recent problem and is the reason I'm considering selling the car.

Anyway, I know it is a long list, but I want an honest assessment of what should be an appropriate selling price. I'm not sure I'm ready to sell, but wanted to get an idea of what is realistic.

I'll check the post about once per day, since my post "recession" job keeps me quite busy. Thanks for your help in advance. If I posted this in the wrong place, please let me know where this should go.

Given the problems (especially the tranny), you are realistically looking at around 2500-3000, maybe more if the body is absolutely mint or less if it's a little rough. T56s are not cheap to fix or replace.
