Up for sale is a 78 Suzuki GS 1000. It has 18k miles. It runs excellent and is very fast. It was the fastest bike of its day. It has stock exhaust on it.It has a new rear tire. I used to own a 79 gs 550 and for a small eng. bike that thing was quick from 0-60.
I used to kill my buddy w/a 2000 katana 600 from 0-60. after 70 it was a diff. story.
i remember seeing an old gs1000 like this one on pinks, he took the guys v-rod, it was great.

 

Sorry, not for sale Its my pride and joy. As for the bike, wouldnt be a bad first bike, only fast if you want it to be. And when your ready, the power is definaltly there.
