In the last year it has had new tires, new thermostat, new passenger side ball joints, new pittman arm, new high volume oil pump (holds 50+ psi driving, 20-25 at idle), new fuel pump, new rear brake lines, new driver door pins and bushings. Rear cab corners have holes in them, light rust around rear wheel wells. Will need new exhaust, but isn't terrible as is. Otherwise very solid truck, always been dependable and taken care of. Very solid truck for 17 years old.

My father bought in new in 1989, sold it to an uncle that used it as a spare vehicle/weekend hauler from 1995-2001 then my father bought it back.
