Feeler: Reliable, 450HP 92 Talon AWD Turbo For Trade...
Well, I really love this car and this is ONLY A TESTER. But I don't think this car is right for me. I don't feel the way I should while driving. Maybe because I haven't had a fast car for a long time and I think I miss the V8... OR maybe it's because it's snowing and I can't drive it yet because I don't want it ruined. The car really makes me happy... I think I just need to drive it before it really grows on me... but here's this feeler ad anyhow.
The car itself is the one in my sig.
1992 Eagle Talon TSi
108k Miles(Just breaking in for a DSM, runs perfect, many MANY new parts)
20 PSI 50 trim Turbo
Rebuilt "Shep" Transmission(very tough)
Supporting Mods including very large injectors, fuel pump, 3" exhaust no cat, SAFC-II for knock and tuning.
The car was professionally dyno tuned @ Buschur Racing on their new AWD dyno.
PROFESSIONALLY built by Buschur Racing and Shearer Motorsport.
The previous owner was not interested in a car that breaks every week, so he spent ALOT of money to make this car reliable. Many people who knew the previous owner tell me it's the most reliable DSM they've ever seen.
It dyno'd 375 AWHP which translates to 450 Crank HP.
Basically it's a reliable, very quick street car.
Things wrong with it:
The interior has some minor pieces missing(speaker grill), but overall excellent shape.
Exterior has an almost brand new dark red paint job, but has 3 key marks from some jealous idiot keying it.
Nothing mechanically wrong with it one bit.
Obviously this thread isn't very specific because this is just a tester, and I'm not really serious about it yet... but if I found the right deal, I would have no trouble trading.
I'm mainly looking for a trade for a 94+ Camaro/Firebird (obviously a V8) with LOW mileage(less than 65,000). An LS1 would be best. Auto or Manual doesn't matter, but manual is preferred.
So.. let's see how this does. Don't take it too seriously though.

And 450HP as advertised is not a "fast car" Most v-8s can't touch that w/out serious modification. U're pwr to weight ratio is sick in that talon
