Well, It's gotta be sold now. The little lady and I bought a house this past week so there really isn't room for it anymore. Plus I could use the money for my new "toy".

I was stopped by a Cook County Sherriff back in 1998 not to long after I bought the car for no front plate. All I got was a warning.

The reason why I asked is that my wife and daughter were stopped in a '95 Civic with tint (we bought the car used - it was originally from AZ). The cop was really rude.
I think cops use tint as probalbe cause to stop you and hope to find something else.
My son also was not able to take his driver's test in that car because it's illegal... we finally got rid of that car for other reasons.

I've got tint on everything in my driveway sans my beater Monte Carlo and my DD (a GTP), which is just a matter of time until I do.
I've had tint on my Aurora, 2500HD, Camaro, GTO, Monte Carlo SS, Blazer, Tahoe, and a few others that escape me and I've only been pulled over once in the 2500HD and the Blazer (years ago).
If you drive like a citizen, they generally don't notice you.
