Are the valve guides going to fall out of the heads? Did you remember to put loctite on the rocker studs? Valid questions to ask of you.

Talking

Faulty heads? I offer a full warranty on any head that I sell. This guy calls me on the phone and wants me to pay for repairs to the heads. I told him that if he would send me the heads and let me inspect them to verify that he did not infact overheat the heads that I would fix any problem or issue with the heads and the labor costs if he would show me a receipt of work performed. He denied to send me the heads for inspection, so therefore I believe he is not being honest. I work very hard at what I do and I will do everything in my power to make all of my customers satisfied.
Something is a little fishy when you will not be allowed to inspect the heads you are accused of "screwing up" and the customer just wants you to send him "money" for the repair. Hmm.
Thanks For all of my understanding and HONEST customers!
