96 A4 Z28 Convertible
96 A4 Z28 Convertible
For sale is my wifes 96 Z vert. I've had it for nearly a year and she doesn't really drive it enough to keep it around. It has 123k on it, excellant oil pressure. I did a compression check when I bought it and all cylinders were 195-210 psi. It appears to be dead stock but I'd swear it has a mild cam in it because it idles just like my friends 97 with a Hot Cam.
The Tan Leather interior is from a 2000 and is in awsome condition w/no rips, tears, or excessive wear.
THE TOP DOES NOT LEAK AT ALL. It rained 2" here Sunday in 2 hours and not a drop in the Z.
The body is in excellant condition with a little cracking on the rear bumper cover. The front bumper cover has been replaced at one time.
New parts:
Kumo Tires
Plugs & wires
A/C delco Opti w/7k on it
Reman water pump
rebuilt injectors (napa)
Both window motors (Advanced Auto Parts)
The Bad:
The dash pad needs replaced
The trans slips above 3/4 throttle (I drove it all last summer like this and it never got worse. It was fine as long as you didn't get on it too hard.)
$4,000
