No one has bid yet...am I asking for too much? It says theres 5 people watching the auction. I have only got one e-mail and it was just a question about where I got the rims from.

I would have to say that yes you are asking too much. You can get a nicely modded LS1 without paint peeling for around 10-12k Nice car though. A lot of people watch stuff just to see how much it sells for and then they make offers on it outside of ebay. Just an FYI. Good luck on your sale.
