I've got a '93 Suburu Legacy wagon with 144k on the clock, 5 spd trans, loaded with options (all of them work except for the cruise control, I have no idea whats wrong with it). The interior is in very good shape, the back seat has 1 tear in it, as does the headliner, the drivers seat trim is a bit frayed, and the drivers side carpeted floor mat is worn through to the rubber backing where your feet sit. The body is a bit rough, its got some rust and several dents (most of the dents are in the roof). It is a very reliable little car though, I drive nearly 1000 miles a week in it, and it never misses a beat. It has new belts, air filter, and Toyo tires all with less than 5k miles on them.
