95 Chevrolet Camaro Z28
57,000 Original Miles
6 speed manual
383 Storker Kit
Custom Paint (Black Fire Chromalusion)
This Vehicle was purchased by me in 1997 with 11,000 miles on it. The vehicle presently has 57,000 miles on it. I used it a lot the first year and a half and then began to customize it. The vehicle’s exterior is painted with a Dupont Black Fire Chromalusion with ghost flames on the front end. The car has some minor nicks and imperfections in the paint. Ranging anywhere from small stone chips, to a chip near the fuel door. That chip was there after I got it back from the mechanic, not sure how it came about. The fender z28 badges have been replaced with chrome 69 camaro emblems. Other additions are the "ss" hood and the raised spoiler on the deck lid.
The engine had the top end modified at 48,000 miles. This includes cnc’d, port and polished heads, new roller rockers, slp cold air induction, accel 300 + ignition, and a radical cam. Well, the cam was as radical as you could buy at the time for this vehicle. There are more items done to the top end that I’m not positive of each thing. I kind of gave my mechanic the keys and let him do his thing. About 2 years ago I had the 350 stroked out to a 383. Once again, I’m not sure I know much more than that, other than the fact that the car is loud and runs strong and fast. The qtr mile times for this vehicle on street tire was 12.4 sec. I estimate with slicks and a good lateral bar, you’re probably looking at high 11's. With the upgrades, the motor has a projected 500 hp at the crank.
This car does have subframe connectors, which were needed due to the t-tops. It has 1 5/8" headers that are ceramic coated. The exhaust is a 4" flowmaster single muffler with dual split exit. The car sits on 18" Lenso wheels which have a machined looking lip with silver centers. These wheels are wrapped in pirelli pzero nero’s 245/40zr17.
As far as the interior goes, there’s not much done. There’s normal wear and tear and some not too harsh grease stains on the driver seat. There is a shift light and white face gauges. The radio is a Clarion CD player and has a 10" JL W3 subwoofer in the corner of the trunk, with a phoenix gold amp. I’m sure there are more options that I’m missing other than the factory options. Hopefully the pictures will answer any other questions that are needed. This vehicle is an R titled vehicle (I’m not positive, but I believe sometimes titling an “r” title to another state will clear the title, but I’m not sure). I’ve had it looked at from the start and who ever worked on it did a really nice job. This vehicle will be sold as is. This Camaro does run on pump gas. This vehicle has been garaged kept since I’ve owned it and since I started modifying it about 6-7 years ago, it has only been driven in the rain twice since being modified. The car is now newly inspected till March of '08. $16,000.00 neg. I'm flexible with the price because I'm moving and I need the money. Nada lists the car @ $8,000 and I have over $20,000 in upgrades on the vehicle.
