'94 Z28 hardtop CHEAP!
As stated above, I have a '94 Z28 that I need to get rid of. I bought it with intentions of modding it and making it a street/strip car. It has new head gaskets, intake manifold gaskets, exhaust manifold gaskets, new plugs, wires, oil, filter, dex-cool, etc. It has a sony cd player and a big amp in the back. It's a jensen 5-channel. I unhooked it when i got the car. I'm not into that kinda thing. Anyways, car has been running great for about 2 weeks now. I took it to a local shop yesterday to get it inspected. I got the sticker and on the way home, it started losing power, got down to like 20 mph at wide open throttle and then died. I'm not sure what happened to it, but I found a convertible to replace it with, so if anyone has $2100, it's yours. The car didn't smoke, knock, overheat or anything before it quit. Still turns over, but won't start
. My loss is your gain. Have pics, will e-mail. Also, will deliver car within a 200 miles radius of southern VA.
Don't be discouraged by my low post count, I just got my computer back and lost all my info on passwords, so had re-register. Thanks

Re: '94 Z28 hardtop CHEAP!
Camaro is running now.
I'm not sure what happened but it cranked up when I got to the shop to work on it. It won't rev very high, though. Maybe 4000 rpms. I gutted the cat and that didn't help. Took the belt off and that didn't help. Even though it has a new water pump, I'm leaning towards it. I would say it was a bearing seizing, but it's not knocking, smoking, or anything like that. Being that the cam drives the water pump and the crank drives the cam, the water pump may be putting the engine in a bind.
Just some info for those interested.
