94 Z28, A4 w/ 3.23s for sale, $4000 obo. Atlanta, Ga area>

Whelp I've upgraded to a 99 TA 6spd, so I need to sell my 94 Z28.

It is an A4 w/ 3.23s, "medium patriot red" I believe they called it... Now has 158k miles, I've had it since 136k, I've put mostly highway miles on it (was driving a 70-80 mile round trip to college 5 days a week for quite awhile). Overall good shape, interior is nice. Here's the pics:

It was stone stock to the paper airfilter when I got it, I've done the following mods:
-coated Edelbrock shorties, gutted cat welded to the Ypipe (AIR system is plugged at the headers, electronics disconnected but still on the car, EGR is hooked up and functional)
-Magnaflow catback
-Moroso cold air induction
-MadZ28 mail order tune for these bolt ons, w/ 160 degree thermo/corresponding fan tuning
-UMI bolt in SFCs, powdercoated black.

It got a new alternator around 140k miles I believe, and the starter was just replaced (although w/ a used starter) just a couple weeks ago. It runs and drives great, and w/ the exhaust setup it sounds like a freakin beast. The tranny was rebuilt somewhere around 120k miles according to the previous owner, it shifts nice and firm, barks the tires w/ ease on a WOT 1-2 shift. Mechanically the only issue w/ the car is the front brake rotors are warped I believe, gives it some studdering when braking. I was going to change them out when I did the brakes but the pads were new when I got the car and I haven't had to change them yet so it never got done. The front pads are probably getting about due now. The AC seems to work pretty good, could maybe be colder compared to a new car but it gets the job done.

The previous owner had the opti and waterpump changed out at some point around 100k miles I believe, but I don't recall exactly. I swapped on a set of Taylor Spiro-Pro wires, and changed the plugs not too long ago. I also threw on a MSD blaster coil too. That's all been within a couple thousand miles I believe.

And a note, it obviously will not pass the metro area emissions w/ the gutted cat, I had another Ypipe for the headers w/ a used cat on it that I used to swap on and pass the emissions test last year, and it passed just fine w/ that.

As I said the interior is nice, seats are pretty nice. It looks like there may have been a tear on the drivers side bolster where they usually wear, but the previous owner seems to have folded it over/resown it to repair it. Looks fine and has held up since I've had it, you can see where that was done in the last interior pic below. The passenger side airbag cover is starting to curl up a bit at the edge closest to the center of the car, slight cracking there but it still looks ok to me. Rest of the dash is great. Steering wheel is showing some wear.

The exterior is faily decent IMO, I'll try to describe it as best I can. It's the original paint so it has it's fair share of rock chips, scratches etc. The nose has a little spider cracking on but still looks good. The rear bumper is a has a spot of spider cracking and a slightly off colored chipped looking area or something, a few inches above and to the right of the license plate area, you can make it out in the rear shot picture above, still looks ok. There is a dent on the drivers side quarter right behind the door and a little damage on the very edge of the door right there, it was like this when I got the car. I took a closeup pic of that area. The drivers side front fender also has a area w/ that I guess was cheaply repaired or something, the paint is just slightly lighter there and there is a crack in it, took a close up of that as well, also like that when I got the car.

That's pretty much it, hopefully I'm not forgetting anything. It's currently in the Roswell/Alpharetta area (I'm off Holcomb Bridge Road right near 400). I'm not 100% sure what the going rate is for these. I'm thinking somewhere around $4000 or best offer. PM or email is good.

ETA: Cell died on me, sorry.
