T-tops dont leak, on the driver side i had ripped off the weatherstrip, but i siloconed it and it has not leaked ever.

runs mint, very strong engine. Needs NOTHING!

Front Gabriel Struts brand new
Rear Gabriel Shocks brank new
All new Rotors and pads all around
Some Tie rod ends all brand new

All brand new parts I just didnt want to put them in, they will go with the car.
