93 z28
93 z28
Okay guys I'm just gauging right now...Family matters as well as a few money issues are starting to present a problem.
It's a black 93 z28 with gray int. (sorry, no pics as of now). 129k miles, AT (
) BOSE sound system with stock cassette player. AC does not work but...unless you live where it's hot it'd be more fun to be rid of it anyway =)
Exterior is in decent condition, paint on hood has some surface rust spots, paint on the rest of car is in half way decent shape and it only has 1 ding in rear and some spider effect going on in one portion of the fiberglass bit of the roof. Has aftermarket chrome rims (little spotty), with brand new 17" Eagle GT tires.
Interior could be a bit better, but still not too bad. slightly dirty looking (but better then when I got it) with a single large hole in the driver's seat and the center console will need replaced. All power, window motor in drivers side is going I think, however. And lastly, like every 4th gen I've seen so far, the PW and PL button console is broken and a couple of buttons don't work, as well I believe the front pass. speaker needs replaced (still sounds great just using the rears though)
There have not been a lot of upgrades, I bought a set of 24# bosche 3 injectors, K&N filter, and it also has an MSD opti installed (not messed with), and taylor 8mm spiro-pro wires.
Due to the previous owners neglect, this car has had a good deal replaced. Spark plugs/wires/opti/coil, damn near every sensor, brakes, front rotors, both front wheel hubs, lower ball joints, belt, rear brake line, every gasket save the rear main, front, and oil pan, and the heads were milled when the gaskets was changed. Probably more that I cannot think of at the moment.
Now to the bad, due to a mistake with the steam pipe and a rubber tube, both that and the rear seal of the intake have gone. The washers for the banjo bolts are new and I have a replacement steam pipe, though. Also, from 17 years of rust one of the studs for the passenger side exhaust manifold has broken and it has a light leak (fixing soon, but I decided to take a break after breaking two drill bits and an easy out)
The only real low part of this car now is the current problem, some suspension rust, and the interior. Other than that, everything I mentioned has been replaced less than 1k miles ago.
I've seen worse cars than mine go for like 4k around here, but I would just like to see what everyone thinks I could get out of this car. (ball park)
Thanks, Greg

It's a little difficult to make a good estimate without pics. With the description of the vehicle, the fact that it does high mileage,124K, and it's an A4 car, I would gauge it's value anywhere between 2,500 and 3,500 bones. I hope you don't take it as an insult, just need some pics.
