89 Camaro RS ZZ4 T56 6 speed for sale

I have an '89 Camaro RS, originally a 2.8 v6 5-speed. The body of the car is very solid, there is a spot of rust towards the bottom of the drivers side door, and a little on the bottom of the driver side fender. I took it to a body shop and they said its not bad at all, just surface rust coming through the paint. The floor pan is solid. The paint is peeling off and needs a new paint job.

Now to start with the mods.

Engine is a GM Performance ZZ4 350 crate motor, 355 hp, 405lb torque. Has approx. 2,000 miles.
Tranny is a T56 6 speed out of a WS6 trans am. It was rebuilt about 1,000 miles ago. Spec stage 2 clutch with billet steel flywheel. Needs new clutch because valve cover breather grommet leaked oil out and blew it back onto the transmission.
Rear end is a 4th gen with 3.23 posi and disc brakes.
Front brakes are cross drilled. Wilwood proportioning valve.
It has a steering brace(aka wonder bar), Spohn crossmember with adjustable torque arm, Spohn subframe connectors. New moog coil springs all around. KYB agx adjustable struts up front.
Interior is good, there is a tear in drivers side seat on the side. Custom gauge cluster, with all Autometer gauges, 5” Cobalt C2 tach mounted to dash. Dash is perfect, no cracks or tears in it. Almost $1,000 worth of gauges. Blue flat bottom steering wheel, shortened hurst shifter.

Engine was properly broken in. It was broken in with quakerstate petroleum oil, and after the first oil change it got synthetic AMSOIL. Transmission fluid is also synthetic AMSOIL. Rear end has Mobile1.

Engine has a Holley 670 Street Avenger carb, stainless braided lines running to it, electric fuel pump with mallory return style regulator. MSD 6AL ignition with rev limiter, MSD wires, MSD Blaster 2 coil. March Performance pulley system(2 serpentine belts). 4 core radiator with electric fan with painless fan control kit to automatically turn it on.

Partial breakdown of what was spent:
Engine: $3,995
Trans: $1,200, then $1,400 to rebuild
Gauges: ~$1,000
Rear end: ~$350
Suepension/brakes/chassis: $1,500+

I am asking $4,000 obo. $15K+ invested in it.
