89 4x4 Ramcharger, under 100k, $1500 obo Good condition
Anyone who is interested, please call. 443-536-6950. I'd like to sell this within the next week or so.
Guys, this is a really solid RC. If I end up finishing the bodywork and get it painted, I'll be putting it on the corner at $4500 or so., and get it. This is your chance to buy it for $1500 OBO. It's negotiable.
89, 4x4 RC, 318 TBI, automatic, good interior, rockers replaced with new steel, rust on rear lower panels repaired with steel, front fenders still have rust-through on wheel arches. Passed MD inspection, passed MD emissions, started bondo over patches and primered repaired areas. First set of pictures are from earlier before doing the bondo. Second set shows details on the bondo and priming. Needs front fenders and bondo finished, then paint to be a truly nice truck. As is, it's in excellent mechanical condition, solid body with exception of front fenders. Front fenders still as shown but now primered. Have all chrome/rubber trim, removed for body work. Currently on 33x12.5/15 Yokohama Geolander II with excellent tread, probably 80% or better. stock lift and gears, tires rub very slightly at full articulation, not noticeable on the road.
Mechanical notes:
Rotors and drums turned, new pads, good shoes, new MC, new calipers, new wheel cylinders. All new brake hoses. Runs and drives well, 4x4 works (bypassed the CAD and added manual hubs), hubs serviced. New water pump. New plugs, wires, cap and rotor. Stock steering setup, with new cup so shaft does not create steering play. Oh yeah, both driveshafts professionally rebuilt with new u-joints and a new douible cardin in the front, new shocks as well. All work over the last 6 months.
This is a solid, excellent RC. It's mechanically excellent, but if you wanted pretty, you'd want to finish the bondo over the patches, replace the front fenders, and paint it.
Reason for sale: I personally now own 5 vehicles, and I'm getting married and buying a house. Time to cut down the fleet a bit.
Looking for $1500. Negotiable, especially if I can keep the tires.

I've done more priming and smoothed out the patches a lot, current pictures are HERE:
