87 IROC LT1 Project for sale
87 IROC LT1 Project for sale
The good:
Body
87 IROC-Z with only 36k on the body. Car is white with purple ground effects and a black interior (not my doing). Has SS subframe connectors, 3:27 9-bolt rear, and refinished IROC wheels with almost new eagle f1's on the rear (needs new fronts). Includes the factory hood and the cowl hood seen in the pic.
Drivetrain
Comes with a LT1 and 700r4 out of a 93 TA with around 60k on them, already installed. (needs to be wired, harness included). Mods include: 1.6rr, underdrive pulleys, 58mm tb, 2400 b&m converter, shift kit, and a lt4 hotcam and springs that need to be installed. The 93 TA ran great when the motor was pulled, car was parted due to titling issues a friend had with it.
The bad:
The car has had the dash removed by one of the previous owners and will need to be reinstalled and the car wired (he was setting it up as a track car). Includes a complete 91 dash (with a 110 cluster) and harness. Also includes incomplete factory 87 iroc dash wish 145mph cluster that reflects actual mileage. The car has also been coverted to manual brakes so power brakes would need to be put back on it. I have 98% of the parts needed to get turn this into a awesome ride. This is a wonderful car if someone has time to put into it.
I am currently stationed overseas and the car is in storage. The car will be available for pickup over memorial day weekend for anyone interested. I could arrange for serious buyer to pick up when ever they would like if this is an issue though. This was going to be my reward project for my year in the desert, but my next job will not allow me time to build it.
This is a PROJECT car and will need to be towed. Located in Southeast Missouri.
$2500 OBO
There is close to double that in just parts on this car!!
I am a moderator over at team3rgen.com and have serveral people that can vouch for this car.
Do not have time to sell any parts off this car, whole purchase only!
