'79 Z28 street/strip rolling chassis

4" glass hood, all else is steel and factory glass that rolls up and down. Comp. Eng. ladder bars and welded in SFC's. S & W 10 point cage w/ an extra bar at the bottom of each door. Original back seat w/ 2 race seats up front (but I have the factory seats out of the car that are in great shape).

Car has a manual steering box I put in out of an early 90's S10,no inner fender wells. Has Aerospace Components front disc brakes. Car sits on Pro Stars w/ skinny's on the front and 29x10.0 slicks in the rear, their old when I bought the car...only have a couple passes left on them but they should be replaced. Front tires are brand new,I put them on beginning of last season.

It IS a real z28,hard top car...used to have AC and power locks. Has new black carpet in it also. It comes w/ a set of beat up BBC headers, solid Moroso motor mounts for BBC/SBC,driveshaft,has a 5" tach w/ shiftlight, oil, water guages,MSD 6AL w/ blaster 2 coil, holley blue pump/reg.,and is wired for an alternator b/c I drove this thing on the street. The rear fender lip is rolled, the car IS NOT mini tubbed.

Stock gas tank has a deep sump welded in,fuel pump and filter are mounted underneath the rear pass. taillight behind the bumper where the impact **** used to be.

This is a great, budget street/strip car...especially if you already have a motor and trans! This thing hooks HARD and STRAIGHT...no squeeks/rattles....this sucker is solid. I want to get $3000 for the car...thats what I paid for it a year and a half ago w/ less stuff on it then it does now (fuel system,ignition,guages,etc.).
Pics:
The tach is no longer on the dash, its on the column.
