390 RWPH Camaro - $8500 6 speed, t-tops
390 RWPH Camaro - $8500 6 speed, t-tops
Its a 96 Quazar Blue Camaro, 6-speed, t-tops, all bolt ons and an LE1.5 heads/cam package. This LE1.5 package includes LE1 package with upgrade valves (same port job as LE2, same flow numbers) It runs amazing, pulls like a raped ape, but its just more than I need right now. Doesn't leak a drop of oil, hold pressure around 45 psi @ 2k rpm, about 22 at idle.
Heres the mods I can think of right now:
LE1.5 heads/cam package with upgrade Ferrea 200/1.56 Valves
CM 612 Spring Retainers & Locks
Comp Cams Pro Mag 7/16 1.6 NSA rocker arms
Comp replacement lifters
Hardened pushrods
ARP head bolts
CSR Electric Water Pump
Cloyes True Roller Timing chain
Pacesetter Long tubes
Custom Magnaflow exhaust done at local shop
SLP CAI
SLP STB
Manual Fan Switch
Airfoil
SLP short throw shifter
I'm sure there are some other small things, but thats all I can think of right now.
I'm looking for around $8500 for it or will consider some trades.
Here are a few pictures, I'll be happy to email a whole batch to anyone who is interested.
pictures pictures were taken just before H/C install, so they still show the old loudmouth setup on there. I'm going to get some of the magnaflow on there now up before too long.
EDIT: I just notices the pictures show a ton of oil dripped in the driveway, its from our 68 Porsche, not the Camaro.
Feel free to email or PM me for more info or if you want to come look at it in person.
EDIT: I've been getting a bunch of questions about gas mileage. Ive been getting 18mpg mixed 50/50 city/highway. I would guess highway is about 23mpg, and city is whatever you will let it be, maybe about 13 or even 15 or so skip shifting and taking it nice and easy. Since so many people are asking, I'll go ahead and post the mileage here. I was hesitant to put it here because it really doesn't show the mileage at all. It runs stronger and holds oil pressure better than cars with half the mileage. It has 110k now, but it doesn't show it at all. Interior is A+, exterior is great too. I'm trying to get some more pictures up soon.

Can I get pics to tylerdj@gmail.com . Was the engine work done professionally? Any idea on the gas mileage?
