2003 Jim-Glo tilt bed trailer
2003 Jim-Glo tilt bed trailer
Sold the camaro, don't really need it anymore...
I have for sale a 2003 Jim Glo tilt-bed car trailer. Below are the specs direct from the Jim Glo website. These are the guys you see at major car events on the West Coast selling tilt bed trailers, I found them at the Pomona swap meet myself, and was so impressed by their product, I drove from California almost to the eastern part of Arizona to pick this trailer up. I spent almost $5,000 on it new. It was used primarily to ferry a show car back and forth a few times a year for about 2 years, but I ended up selling it at the Barrett-Jackson auction last year. Now I have little need for it as I no longer own anything that requires a car trailer. It is in excellent condition, with newer tires I replaced about a year ago, and a newer front section where the trailer attaches.
SPECS FOR THE TILT BED:
Overall Width 102 inches Overall Length 276 inches Bed Width between Fenders 84 inches
Bed Length 204 inches Weight 1,800 pounds Capacity 7,000 pounds
Standard Features:
Tiltbed Feature Alum Diamond Deck Removable Painted Steel Fenders
Torsion Axles Hydraulic Surge Brakes
Plug 7 pin RV Tie Down Rings - 2 front 2 rear Wheels 15” Chrome
I also sprung for some optional equipment, a ratcheting hand winch, and a huge storage box with protective wings for the front as well. It has extra long chains as well if you have a lifted vehicle, no problem. It uses a 2" ball, and has a 7 pin connector set up. It is on a permanent California trailer plate (PTI) as well. This trailer owns any of the cheap trailers you see that don't tilt or are made of thin steel and low quality components. I have owned some of these and they squeak and squeal and scare you to death as you wonder if your car is safe back there. Not this one. It is money pure and simple. It has been kept in the California desert its whole life, no rust or any other issues. It could use some new paint if you wanted it to sparkle like a diamond, but other than that it is ready to work.
Asking $3000 obo
