Is the head warped? Or could it all just be cleaned up and put back together?

i guess you could but if the head is warped i have no idea
but i was going to go ahead and take other one off and have the checked, 3 angle valve job and milled for trueness for $170 dollars at a local motorsports machinie shop, i didn't see why putting new top end on 132,000 miles bottom end, so i was going to take block there also.but if person wanted to then throw a head gasket on it and hammer down.he told me car never got really hot just realized that car had problem becuse it wouldn't cool town, so he changed water pump, theromastat, and still ran hot so he done a compression test and found was it was at between #3 and #5 cylinders
and head is off and it is blown
