1996 Formula M6
1996 Formula M6
I hate to sell this thing, but I want to move onto something different. Asking $8900 since I could easily part it out for more, but I'm open to offers.
1996 Formula -- This car was a blower car and turbo car at different times, but I wanted to bring it back to completely street friendly before selling it... This is the perfect car for anyone who wants to drop their own power plant in. All supporting mods are there to handle 1000HP. It was a california car that I moved out to the midwest. It resides in a climate controlled garage and hasn't seen rain in 10 years and has never seen snow. There's not a bit of rust on this car and every single bolt can be removed with hand tools. Odometer reads somewhere around 110,000 miles. Absolutely everything in this car works flawlessly.
Drivetrain:
LT1, stock rebuild - bored .030 over with new stock replacement pistons, rings, bearings, timing set, oil pump, etc. Has LT4 hot cam and green stripe springs, but with stock rockers (15,000 miles).
T-56 6 speed rebuilt with steel 3-4 shift fork and billet keys (5,000 miles).
McLeod Street Twin clutch, Mcleod Master, and new slave (5,000 miles).
Denny's Nitrous Ready Driveshaft (5,000 miles).
Moser 12 bolt, 3.73 gears, 33 spline, Eaton posi, 1350 pinion, TA cover (5,000 miles).
Tuning/Induction stuff:
Granatelli MAF
LS1 lower air box modified to fit LT1 cars
SLP lid and K&N air filter
Custom tune (no AIR/EGR/CCP/CAGS + gears, speedo, and hot cam)
OBD-I PCM and tuning cable. You will need your own tuning and logging laptop/software.
I'll also include an Accelleronics Impedence Converter box. The wiring harness already has the connectors soldered in. This is plug and play if you want to use big low-z injectors in the future.
Exhaust:
Pacesetter coated LTs (no EGR - 5,000 miles)
Pacesetter coated Y-pipe (5,000 miles)
GMMG catback with premium oval tips
Moroso Spiral Flow welded into the I-pipe
Fuel system:
Dual in-tank Walbro 255lph pumps
-8an Feed line
-6an Return line
Rails tapped with -8an feed and -6an return.
Aeromotive FPR
Dual fuses, power wires, and relays (one for each pump)
Did NOT cut hole in the car to put this in. I dropped the tank.

KYB AGX 6-way adjustable shocks
Hochkis Springs
35mm Suspension Techniques solid sway bar
Hochkis 2-point STB

Thanks man. The ride was awesome. I was pushing 18psi for a long while reliably. I want to go old school now and have a line on a '67 Chevelle with a 396. I like the idea of lots of hood room.
Anyway, here's a few more pics. I haven't taken any specifically for the sale yet, but I really need to:
