I am selling my 96 Firebird, I have had this car since april of 2006. This car used to be a track car, but I converted back to a street car. The engine was built for nitrous, it had 130 wet shot on the car when I purchased it. I removed the system due to unreliability. The car runs really well and it is very street friendly. A/C works good and well as heat. The PCM was retroed back to OBD1 for tuning purposes. I have a cable that comes with the car so you can check engine live data and pull trouble codes with your laptop. There are a lot of software options available for Windows to use with this cable. I had success using the tools provided by Carputing LCC.
Car was repainted in 2008 when hood and deck lid were added.
Car runs great and it very reliable. I would not hesitate to drive the car anywhere.

Car gets 13mpgs around town and 25 on the highway. Rear tires have no track passes on them, just street driving. Car put down 380hp and 325tq at 7000rpm, I have the dyno sheet. Car was tuned by Jeff Creech at Carolina Auto Masters.
Car has been garage kept entire time I owned it except the last year.

Now for the not so good. the engine uses oil due to the engine being very loose for the nitrous, it knocks a little when cold, then goes away when warmed up. It uses about 1/2 quart per 2 fill ups. Its been this way since I got the car.

The head gaskets seep little coolant on the out sides of the head, very minute. It wont even show on coolant pressure test. Its been doing this since I got the car back in 06. just wave to top off coolant every other month or so depending how much you drive it.

Dash board just got a crack in it.

ABS don't work due to no reluctor ring in rear diff. I took out the yellow light from dash board.

I have a clear title, 3 sets of key and 2 key fobs.
