Re: 1996 Camaro SS 396 For Sale

if it doesnt sell on ebay hit me up.
what condition are the tires in?

what kinda milage are you getting with it right now?

"Completely Removed the Optispark and now has a SBC distributor at the back of the intake"
Seems like a step backwards... ??

"Meziere Heavy Duty Electric Water Pump.

This is a street car not a race car has all working heat and A/C"

electric water pump isnt the best for a street aplication.

Tires are new condition they have 5000 miles on them.
Not really a step backwards alot of guys are now going with the distributor out in the back of the intake check the advanced section of the board. Its done to keep the car more reliable the opti-spark at high revs aren't reliable.

Never had a problem with it. Plus you had to go with an electric water pump to run the double roller timing chain, because it gets rid of the gear that drives the water pump.

Re: 1996 Camaro SS 396 For Sale

I had a CSI electric WP on my '95 Z28, and I wouldn't run another LT1 without it simple as that. Car ran MUCH cooler plus you could run the WP in the staging lanes. The main reason my car ran the same in 90 degree heat as it did in 50 degree cold. So in my mind its the best setup for a car you'll be driving on the street in traffic. Now a TTT for this awesome ride.
