Beautiful car. Good luck with the sale! I hate to ask since you're too far for me to want to buy, but what would you sell it for if you weren't selling it on eBay? PM me if you don't want to make it public.

I'm curious to know what the asking price is as well. Also, why did you go with such a low compression? Were you planning on a blower later?

Since it is on ebay, I would like to wait for the end of the auction to discuss price.

As for compression ratio, It is 11.3:1 static and 9.2:1 dynamic.

I have never intended for this to be anything but a N/A car.

Now that the auction has ended, I can state I am asking $12,000. Pics are still on Ebay.

Vehicle Description

This has been my baby for the last 7 years. I am moving onto other car projects and so this bird must fly. I am the second owner of this adult-owned car. Over the years, it has been worked on and cared for. Lets cover what this car is:

1995 SLP Firehawk #588. This is the 315 HP version but we are way beyond that now…

T-tops

6 speed

Black on Black

Engine

Less than 1700 miles on rebuild but it has been a year since the rebuild so that is how much I have driven it.

Original LT1 engine bored and stroked to 383. Block zero decked, line honed and internally balanced. Flywheel zero balanced.

Hooker shorty headers allows the SLP catback to stay intact.

Ported heads with 2.00/1.56 valves, 987 springs, guide plates and hardened pushrods.

Intake port matched to heads

Comp Cams 501 cam. This is just one step above stock so this car still behaves fantastic. The powerband is from 1500 to about 5600 RPM. No doubt with a larger cam someone could be producing some serious power.

Electric water pump with less than 50 miles on it

Heavy duty timing chain

Injectors professionally cleaned and flow matched within +/-2%

Computer tuned with WOT fueling set for 12.2:1 AFR however I can modify this to whatever you would like

This car produces 365 rear wheel HP and 405 rear wheel TQ…Check out the dyno sheet from when I was tuning for proper timing on the new 383.

Rear

4.10 gears

Hotchkis panhard

Hotchkis trailing arms

Aluminum driveshaft

Brakes

Power Slot front discs

Hawk HPS pads front

This car has the original Speedline wheels along with all SLP options still on the car. I still have the original front drivers seat belt and will put that back on. All records from original order and me have been kept. Hey, I even have the original Manifest from GM showing all options put on the car.

I will be happy to see someone enjoy this car as much as I have over the years. The sound of the SLP exhaust is something you just have to hear.
