I think you have to be logged in to view them. Dang it. Here's the ad copied from LS1tech...
This car was going to be our shop car for Road Atlanta, but the shop is busting at the seams so I've decide to invest in growth (lifts, shop space, etc) instead. We're gonna keep it simple.
The Good:
-Had a fairly new cowl hood installed, freshly painted to the car. $800 value
-The 10 bolt has a fresh set of 4.11 gears installed by us. $600 value (parts/labor)
-6 speed trans, shifts butter smooth
-Has a set of Midlength Edelbrock headers installed already. $200-300 value
-Everything works. Windows, HVAC, etc.
-Factory installed Bose system (sounds much better than the Monsoon systems)
-No dents, straight body, and the paint is actually decent for the age of the car.
-2002 Z28 wheels with decent tires
-Interior is in great shape (minus headliner). No rips, tears, etc.
The Not so good:
-The engine is in need of rings, which is reflected in the asking price. I was going to convert this into an LSX setup anyway, and rebuild the LT1 for a rainy day. A basic rebuild will get the car back on the road if you don't want to invest a lot of $$ into in. The car does crank, and will drive. It will also kill every insect within a 5 mile radius, but it can be driven.
-Needs a headliner
-Chipped paint on the front clip, spider paint on the bumper, a few crinkles in the rear quarter (shown in pics). All minor stuff that can be fixed cheap if you wanted the exterior to look perfect.
If someone is interested in the car, we can rebuild the engine upon purchase of the car if you wish to make it a one stop shop. We will not pull the motor until the car is paid for in full, first.
$1800 cash gets it. The hood, rear end, and transmission are worth more than that alone. It's a fair price. Do not waste my time or yours with low ball offers. I don't need to sell the car, and can let it sit before I give it away or will rebuild the LT1 and drive it.
I will have more pics up of the interior in a few days. The camera battery died before I could get to the interior. The car has 121,000 miles on it. Clear title, in hand.
PM/Email with any questions.
