I'm really pretty willing to negotiate, as it needs to be gone before I move. Any takers?

396 or not, 10000 is way too much for a car that old with that many miles. Id say 7500 is the most fair price.

I appreciate your candor. I feel like it needs a good home, like giving a dog away, that you don't want to give up. I want this car to go to someone who will appreciate it, take care of it, and enjoy it. The price is negotiable, so if I hear $7500, that'll work too.

The car is drivable. I don't really know what to compare it to, except that the clutch is very tight. So it gets to be a chore in stop and go traffic. However, I drive it to work all the time. So I'd say it's quite driveable, but it's certainly not ideal for city driving. It is hydraulic lift cam, it's from GTP. I did most of the work on the engine myself in a driveway, while many of the other things have been done by an Allen Tire in Richmond, VA. Pics on the way.

Car is located in Virginia Beach, VA. Zip code 23452, if you want to check distances.

There is a faded pinstripe that goes around the car. I don't know if it can be removed or not. I'll get out and take pictures of the interior tomorrow. It's nothing special, but not bad either. No burns or stains, but the normal wear you'd expect for a car like this. The dash is not cracked under the windshield, like so many do. As for traveling... it would depend on how far, I guess. Where are you?
